Richard …a child of the 70’s first picked up a 6 string guitar when he was 9, completely self-taught he set up his first group ‘Blue Shade’ the band had their first official gig playing to a crowd of over 2000 at an open air show in his home town of Aylesbury, at the time he was just 12.
Taking diverse musical influences from artists such as David Bowie, Frank Zappa, The Ramones, LKJ and Jamiroquai, Richard worked through various genre’s like Rock, Punk, Funk, and dub reggae.
In 2001 Richard developed a passion for playing bass he has played with various local bands such as ‘The Vibes’ – ‘PJR’ – ‘The Maintree’s and his permanent covers band ‘The Brahmas’
